Peanut Butter Jelly time - Madeawards entry 2015
45 Talented Yr7 students from Otumoetai Intermediate developed animations in Adobe Flash to produce the following graphics.
Learning Intention: L.I = ~ We will learn how to make an animated music video, using Adobe Flash. ~ We will learn how to trace a picture in Adobe Flash. ~ We will learn how to make motion tweens and shape tweens. S.C = ~ To be successful each student has to: Create one or two animations in Adobe Flash that match the lyrics and mood of the song. Key competencies = ~ Collaboration ~ Problem Solving ~ To work independently without teacher help
Process of the Project: Process: ~1~ We had to pick a song that would motivate us to be creative to make an animation. ~2~ We had to create a new file that was HD 1280x720 pixels in Adobe flash. ~3~ We worked out the length of the film and divided by 45 students which gave us each 3-4 seconds or 100 frames of time to play with. ~4~ Then we had to learn how to trace a picture, create motion tweens and shape tweens all in Adobe Flash. ~5~ Once we had completed the animations we had to export as quicktime. ~6~ Then we imported the animations into Adobe Premiere, which we then exported it as a mp4.
