Product Update: Select SMS From Number in Workflows
Sean here with Attractzen excited for this product update. A lot of you have different phone numbers that you're using in Attractzen. And when we're sending text messages out, the text messages have always sometimes been coming from that particular user. Sometimes your default number. You now have the ability to select the SMS outbound caller ID right from within a workflow. So when you're in a workflow, you're gonna go to settings and down here, just like you're able to select the from name,
If you want a hard code for email, you can now select this for SMS. So this from number is gonna decide what number it's gonna send all of the SMS text messages from. This is very handy for those of you who you want to assign a particular user or there's a particular workflow that you want to come probably from your default number or from a different number. But now you can select that all right in here. So go and utilize this, update your workflows if you need to.
