Product Update: Tag Fellow Users in Communities
All right, Sean here with Attractzen and excited to announce a special feature within the client portal. So if you're using our client portal, which is for prospects or customers or clients where they can interact in each other and their own private group, when you're in here, now the users, they can tag other users. So you just use the at symbol and they will get a presentation of all of the people in the group. They can select one particular person in the group.
They can, if you're an admin and you have these privileges, you can select everyone. It'll notify everybody in the entire channel if you do that. But now you can select those. And of course, when that happens, the person who is tagged, they will get an alert. So they will get an alert if you're using the Client Portal branded app, which is an app that you can give your customers and clients and prospects, they will get a notification on there or they will get an email notification.
