Recipe:
Sweet Tart Crust
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg yolk
pinch salt
Pastry Cream
2 cups whole milk
3 egg yolks + 1 whole egg
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 Tbsp butter
pinch salt
Filling
Apricot jam
Fresh, seasonal fruit (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, peaches)
