Logo Explosion - Speed Edit
In this pet project, I wanted to 'blow-up' the logo from CinemaSlice.com
I used a Cinema 4D to make a dumbed-down 3D model of my logo, and then explored methods to explode the logo.
I created the logo using a Cube and MoText. I explored the 'Explosion FX' modifier, but wasn't able to get the results I wanted.
I then used the 'Shatter' modifier to get the desired result.
I added a few lights and a sky to pull the scene together.
and VIOLA!
