Super Fluffy Milky Mini Loaf !
Perfect bread you will fall in love with , so milky
Ingredients needed are
bread flour or all purpose flour 480g (4cuos) I used bread flour ;anyone works just fine.
milk 1 cup (240ml)
2 eggs
sugar 1/3 cup (60g)
milk powder 20g (2&1/2tbsp )
condensed milk 2 tbsp (25g)
-instant yeast 2tsp (6g)
-salt 1/2 tsp
Please Note that temperature in our home differs , please give more time for your dough to rise if need be . So as to get perfect fluffy result like in my video .
