Ingredient needed
Are
all purpose flour 3 cups( 360g)
milk 1 cup (240ml)
sugar 1/3 cup
instant yeast 2 tsp
egg 1
butter 2 tbsp (50g)
salt 1/2 tsp
eggwash : 1 egg & 2 tsp water
