GRT obviously operates from its headquarters in Australia but we also have offices and representation all over the world – North and South America, India, Indonesia, Malaysia. India is very important to Global Road Technology; it was one of our first export markets.
The first thing is that we make sure we choose partners to work with in the specific country in which we operate that are familiar with the local circumstances, the local surrounding and the specific cultural ways of doing business in that country.
Furthermore, we make sure that if we identify shortcomings such as equipment supplies that we address that and provide the right equipment to do the work in the countries where we have problems sourcing specific equipment.
