Valentin is alone at home, brave in the face of his loneliness, a day when love for two is meant to be a celebration. He then imagines an erotic hologram, a source of lust, with whom he would share his night. The lyrics deal with two related subjects, fantasy and pornography. 🥀
Between pop music that borrows from jazz, and sound experimentation, Cvd under his real name Charles Dollé, distills images into music. Arranger and producer, the former student of the Groupe de Recherche Musicale, created in 1958 by Pierre Schaeffer, is looking for a way to create music both universal and enigmatic.
After a first instrumental album rocked by the Californian beat scene, the young Frenchman returns with a series of songs on the Paris and Tokyo based record label MENACE, before a new EP coming up in 2020.
