Well, I was expecting to release this months ago, but better late than never. This is a bit of a meta intensive discussion episode about 6v6, as a follow-up to the lounge track pick video back in May. It might not be the most accessible as such, as it is targeted towards the audience of players participating in tournaments like MKU, but if you aren't a competitive player and are interested in how some of this stuff works, I encourage you to give it and watch and see what makes sense and what doesn't. This format is really fun in my mind, and more worth playing than the MK8DX Lounge, in my opinion. Of course, like the lounge, there are problems that extend to the creativity in track selection here as well, even if it is not as seen as in the lounge queues. I'll talk about the following topics:
How the original MK8 taught us how to approach Deluxe incorrectly
Why I think bagging courses don't really serve a purpose in 6v6 anymore
Why track classifications shouldn't control what you pick, but instead when you might select them
There are a few exceptions like N64 Rainbow Road, that I find overcentralizing enough to be in legitimate ban discussions
