Banff National Park | Favorite Sights | 4K
Drove the beautiful drive stoping at the top sights along the way from Jasper, to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and to the town of Banff in Banff National Park. The drive was very long, but with so many sights along the way including: Athabasca Waterfall, Athabasca Glacier, Lake Louise, The Tea House, Moraine Lake, Johnston Canyon, Surprise Corner, Banff Upper Hot Springs, Radium Hot Springs Pools and drone shots over Canmore. We were in Jasper in Banff National Park for 4 days.

TOP TRAVEL TIPS:

*Get to the Moraine Lake parking lot by 7:00 am!! The lot was completely full by 7:20 am, and you then have to take a shuttle in.
*The best view and most photographic spot of Moraine Lake is from the top of the rock pile, right next to the parking lot.
*The hike to the Tea House above Lake Louise is steep and somewhat of a strenuous hike, so be prepared with shoes, water, and snacks!
*The Tea House of course only takes cash, so be prepared there too!
*Hotels are very expensive, so book early, and keep checking for better options.
*I highly recommend staying in Canmore. It's more laid back, doesn't have huge waits at restaurants, and is much more affordable than Banff.
*We skipped the Banff Gondola because of the excessive price tag ($62 each)
*We also skipped canoeing on Lake Louise as it was $105 an hour.
