JJ Whitley Nettle Review
My forty ninth gin to review is JJ Whitley Nettle. It was served with Mediterranean tonic water and garnished with lime and juniper berries. After giving it a try I DO RECOMMEND this gin. Not if you are looking for something "unusual" but if you'd like a very nice gin with a pineapple and mango finish this one fits the bill. I also recommend YOU try and see what YOU think. Cheers!
More on this gin from the menu: JJ Whitley Nettle is an unusual herbaceous gin from the JJ Whitley range. A nice sweet edge makes this very easy drinking. "Unusual” gins are described as “unusual botanicals creating truly unique gins".
My background: I worked at the Thatched Cottage Hotel in Brockenhurst, England during the summer of 2019 and they have a gin bar with over 150 gins. I thought it would be a nice summer project to try as many as I could during my stay :-)
