Testing a thin shield against sticks (read the caption)
This might be our worst video ever but... Somehow I (Arttu) have recently been caught up in discussions where someone thinks that the 3mm thick edge of an authentic viking shield would break easily, and thus one could not punch with it. As the material reality is not known to people who don't have a shield to try and touch, we quickly made this. The edge of the shield held nicely.
