Should we immidiately go and perform ghusl after intercourse?
General pedestal is to perform ghusl before a salaat time. In fact, the reason for this rule is not about waiting while junub; it is about not abandoning prayer, which is an obligatory worship there. However, many people believe that waiting while junub would be a great sin and the ghusl shold be performed immidiately. In the meantime, a person can postpone the ghusl until the next salaat time.
Spouses may want to eat and drink after intercourse or to sleep and rest for a while. You need to wash your genitals and get wudu like salaat wudu. Because the Prophet (SAW) commanded that: "Wash your genitals and get wudu. Then sleeep."
