2025 Brazilian Grand Prix at Red Bull Paddock Club
Yeah so this was unexpected. While I had sort of joking conversations with some friends at Mexico GP about jonining them in Brazil for the next race, when I got back home from Mexico I truly believed my next race was going to be Abu Dhabi.
But ... when I saw there was a Red Bull Paddock Club ticket available I decided to go for it. So off to Brazil I went.
I feel very fortunate to have been "with" Red Bull for both the 2024 and 2025 Brazilian GPs as both have turned out to have been amazing. Personally I consider 2024 to be the more special one, but I know it can be debated and I am just amazed to have been there for both.
An amazing experience. While the result was fantastic, unfortunately I think that with Lando winning the race, a P3 from Max is unlikely to be sufficient to continue the championship fight in any remotely believable way. And given Oscar's slump and lack of evidence showing he'll suddenly exceed Lando's speed I think the championship may have essentially been wrapped up this weekend. If so, it further justifies my choice to attend it.
Will I end up going to AD? I'm not sure. Proooobably but it'll be such a bummer if the race ends up being basically meaningless for the championship.
