10 years of Counter-Strike matchmaking in 10 clips
I ain't no pro in the typical sense, but I'm a pro at having fun playing CS with my friends.
I played CS:S from 2004-2009 and then got CS:GO a few days after it came out in August 2012. I played a lot from 2014-2018 but tapered off since then. The past few years I've only played 1-2 months a year.
But I still love the game and I've always said nobody ever quits playing CS. They just sometimes take extended breaks.
I peaked LEM (pre and post 2015/2016 rank shift) and considered that good enough for me!
I realized yesterday that my earliest CS:GO clips are from 2015 and remembered that was 10 years ago now. So I had the idea to make a video showing a clip from each year. I've tried to include ones with fun voice comms and a variety of maps. Hopefully the frags are ok. Recorded voice comms really get going in 2017.
