INGREDIENTS:
3 eggs
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
50 g vegetable oil
600 g milk (I use 3.8%)
250 g filters water or mineral water
300 g flour
The bottom diameter of my frying pan is 17 cm
makes 25-30 pancakes
