1 hot pepper (I used pepperoni)
1 kg plums
1 heaping tsp khmeli-suneli
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp utskho-suneli (fenugreek/Bockshornklee Samen gemahlen)
1/4 tsp Imeretian saffron (marigold petals/Studentenblume/Tagetes)
2 tbsp sugar (or Xylit)
1 tsp with a heaping helping of salt
sprigs of dill
