Enjoy the delicious taste of watermelon with this Watermelon Soda Recipe. This is a very quick and easy summer drink that you can make at home with just a few ingredients. Watermelon soda is the perfect way to enjoy the refreshing and super tasty watermelon.
For this recipe, I’ve first blended the watermelon to extract all the water from it. I then strained it to remove the fibres and make it smooth. This watermelon recipe uses simple ingredients and the watermelon juice to make this drink amazingly refreshing. One secret it to keep the watermelon cold or even freeze it. That gives a very cold drink that’s perfect to beat the heat.
If you have guests over, this is great to serve to them as well. Everyone is used to soft drinks or mango juice but you can impress them with this homemade watermelon soda drink. Not only is it healthier than soft drinks, but Watermelon Soda will refresh them even more in the hot summer heat. It’s also perfect to give to your children when they come back from school. It keeps them cool so they don’t get sick from the extreme heat.

Watermelon water (blended and strained watermelon) - 1/2 cup
Black Salt (Kaala Namak) - 1/4 tsp
Sugar or Honey - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
1-2 Ice Cubes
Soda Water - To top with
