Hack OR Whack: Scrambled pancakes?!
Scrambled pancakes sound so easy! Just like scrambled eggs, right? RIGHT?! (I've unintentionally made scrambled pancakes before by messing up the flip, but never intentionally 😅)
Apparently in Austria these are called "Kasierschmarrn". I'm sure they're better made from scratch, but where did I go wrong here? Was it the box? Are they supposed to be this messy? This doughy? I don't know. I just followed what I saw in a 15 second IG video and it LOOKED easy.
Apparently looks can be deceiving. I'm open to tips!
