I don't think the Webtoon problem exists in the way he thinks it does.
I know I'm a few weeks late but I discovered this a few days ago.
I’m sorry the video kinda glitches sometimes. It’s fine in Davinci Resolve but the video renders poorly for some reason and I’ve tried to render again multiple times but the same thing happens. ;~;
