The 10 Most Underrated Naruto Characters
Naruto is filled with a variety of different characters. Kishimoto did a fine job of making sure that all the characters introduced in the series got a bit of screen time, which is otherwise a big problem when the series has a huge cast of characters. Some of the personalities in the series have gone unnoticed; the characters are very good but they went under the radar for one reason or the other.
