This ranking is based on community discussion and my opinion and I don’t claim it to be 100 percent accurate as we haven’t seen many characters in their full potential, also the power levels of most of these characters at age 13 was never revealed, Kawaki was excluded from the list as we haven’t seen his full potential and he was Introduced in the anime when he is already 14 years old, Which makes it inappropriate to include him in this ranking, Tell me Which character you think is the most powerful as a child????
