11 Years
This is my nephew, Logan, who is severely autistic and is now 11 years old. He's very special to all who know him.
In 2009 he started wearing the helmet to protect himself. His dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in November 2008 and it took a toll on Logan. He began hurting himself in frustration and confusion. Since Logan's dad's death in October 2009 Logan has struggled with more behavior issues and is working hard to overcome them.
