In the past, VINA has relied heavily on annual fundraising events and grants to cover operating costs of the clinic throughout the year. The increasing number of patients we serve is outrunning the funds. As a viable nonprofit, we must rely on the support of the community if we want to keep providing quality dental care to Livingston County residents in need.
We have been hesitant to ask for regular giving from donors and were thankful to receive any amount of generosity. We truly appreciate the continued support of our individual and business donors that have sustained us the eleven years the clinic has been open.
We are now asking you, our donors, to commit to giving on a more regular basis. In the coming weeks, we will introduce automatic monthly giving through checking accounts or credit cards. In addition, we will share ways you might be able to reduce your tax bill.
We look forward to working with you to assure we can continue our mission at VINA.
