Victors for Veterans Testimonial -- Forrest
We talked to one of the Victors for Veterans - VINA patients, Forrest, about his experience. In the video, he shares his struggles with finding dentures that fit correctly and how grateful he is for the program. The Victors for Veterans Program provides free dental care to veterans in a seven-county area. The program is funded through the Michigan Dental Association Foundation and providers donate their time and services. Providers include: University of Michigan School of Dentistry students and faculty, Dr. Erika Johnson, Ward Dental Lab, Dr. Fred Bonine and Ivoclar Vivadent.
VINA Community Dental Center is a non-profit dental clinic that serves uninsured Livingston County residents that are at or below 225% of the Federal Poverty Level. The clinic offers quality dental care at an affordable price to those who would not be able to afford it otherwise. The amazing work done at VINA is made possible due to the loyal supporters and professional volunteers who donate their time and services.
