PlayStation 2 - Red Screen of Death
I tried to insert a scratched Sonic Riders disc into the PlayStation 2, and then the RSoD came off.
What's more interesting, after I put the scratched disc into the PlayStation 2, remove and insert another PlayStation 2 disc, it gave the same thing.
