Things Even I Can Do: Episode 35 - Smart Switch Installation
Description: This video covers installing a standard, single pole, Amazon smart switch. Single pole light switches are designed to turn on a single light from a single switch. If you have a light which can be controlled by 2 or more switches, then this video won't work for you. Installation of this switch will allow you to control your light fixture from your phone app or Alexa. This video covers several variations of wiring you might encounter, but not all. If your wiring is different, consider a different video or hiring an electrician. I'm not an expert. Always use extreme care when working with electricity!
