How to make African beans stew recipe
Hi everyone, coming to you with another recipe
African Black beans recipe.
Black beans is my favourite . This can be served with white rice, fried plantains, potatoes, yam , puff puff etc.
In cameroon tomatoe is rarely used when cooking Black beans. My method has no tomatoe and came out perfect. Hope you enjoy the recipe .
INGREDIENTS
3 cans of black beans . If using packet version, soak for 2 hours and boil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 ginger
1/2 celery
1/2 leek
1 onion. Cut into two. One for blending and the other for frying.
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
Palm oil
Crayfish. Can add some smoked fish if you prefer
Chilli ( hot scotch bonnet pepper) optional
