How to make Fouti/Lafidi/ Soumbala Guinean recipe. Simple Fulani Dish

Here are the ingredients
1 Large Aubergine
5 egg plants
12 pieces of fresh okro
Maggi cubes to season
salt
Lemon or lime
1 tbsp soumbala/ soumbala/ Odji/ Netetou
2 medium onion
2 tablespoon fish powder or shrimp powder bounga
1 cup of palm oil
Ajust measurements if necessary and quantity of ingredients will depend on the size of the dish you intent to cook.
