The Nutty Goodness: Exploring the Benefits and Versatility of Groundnut Paste / Pudding
Hello guys!! I hope you all doing okay. In today's video, I show you how to make Cameroonian groundnut paste/ pudding, also known as "Mboh" . This dish is a pudding-like savoury meal made with roasted peanuts. It is spicy, peanuts and insanely delicious! Serve with cassava or any starch of your choice.

INGREDIENTS
1 pack of raw peanuts.
1 bowl of crayfish grounded
1 tbsp shrimp powder/ crayfish powder
seasoning cubs/ crayfish seasoning powder
salt to season
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp blended scotch bonnet pepper ( Optional)
Half an onion
white pepper
warm water for blending
