So in this video I'm going to show you how to sterilize/pasteurize coco coir & vermiculite 50/50 mix using boiling water (boiled at 149 degrees or higher for 6 minutes to kill viruses, parasites, bacteria)

4:34 Adding water to vermiculite/coco coir mix
5:26 stir every 30-60 minutes (& cover) until temperature is around 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit
6:00 Mixing of colonized grains with cooled coco coir/vermiculite mix
