In the map that has 2 elite mage mob is playable.
For solo play I rarely use arde because when you use shield it's drop mob damage significantly (shield +100 phys def can lower phys damage by 400,for +40mdef shield can lower magic damage by 200)
Pyromancer play as a tanky one is better than glass cannon build, the main reason is fireball is melee range cast and DOT dps mean you expect some hits from mob. more hit point and def it's mean you can cast or run in a circle worrying free.
I grinded here for 2 level mainly because BGM is so good.
