This is really really insane. I tried around 30 games til I found out how to use abandon card effectively. (and it change the gameplay a lot but it's still hard)
This game I use save-load method until turn 9 ,after that just play straight to finish.
If you play carefully with some luck ,I think you can finish in 25 turn(don't try yet)
Abandon card is very useful(your troop x5),This game I use 1 card to block Svalbard. and this is the key to win this insane campaign easier.(see the AI troops around Svalbard S) another option is rushing to block bottom world Nunavut S and ignore South America.
-Anadyr is the important strategic point.
