409 seems to be an anthropomorphic bottle man that sprays. Yes, before anyone asks, I replaced the voice with Toot Braunstein's voice. The original voice is terrible. You thought Sandy Fox's voice was bad!? You ain't heard the 409 voice... He sprays, you wipe.
