Dissim Lighter unboxing and attempt to light. Flames up.
I feel like I may have caused this by lighting it with another lighter, however it doesn’t change that the lighter didn’t work fresh out of the box. I saw the video they uploaded where the adjusted the igniter and it lit. I tried to do that off camera and still nothing. I hope to have it fixed under warranty.
UPDATE: Dissim has been in contact with me about the issue and are sending a new lighter to me to replace this one. They have also sent out an email to backers where they say they will replace your lighter if it is leaking fluid. All you have to do is email them. In my experience they email back very quickly.
