When the Summer Days (original piano composition)
Written on August 16, 2015, this is an original piano composition. I started this piece on Saturday night and finished when I woke up around 5 AM very quickly this morning. Begins gently, but includes strong moments of passion and grandeur. My semester at the college where I work begins tomorrow. Writing will slow down, but I've written over 50 piano pieces since May. Impossible to describe everything I've been through recently, but this song captures a bit of my mood with hope and resignation, love lost and love to come, endings and beginnings...
