Introducing Tara Kothari, 2024 NCECA Conference Presenter, Selling To Stores – Nurturing Relations
Tara Kothari will share tips on selling work to stores. Her examples will be based on her own experiences in working with small local stores and larger ones. This talk will cover several steps to begin to sell to and continue to coalesce with stores, while growing ones skills and business.
As an immigrant, Tara Kothari began creating with clay when she struggled to feel accepted in America. A community clay studio allowed her to be a part of society. Working with fresh botanicals grounded her in her new home. Selling pottery helps connect Kothari to several local communities in the country.
