This was at one of the local CSA's I am helping with in New Jersey and this Willow Water tonic is amazing and just had to share! Go ahead and try making your own and adding it to your garden or farm. Enjoy.
Easiest method shown: Put branches in water and let soak for 24-48 hours (1-2 days)
Boil Method: use 2 cups of 1-3 inch cuttings of the twigs and branches in a half-gallon of water to boil overnight. You can keep it up to 2 months in an air-tight container
Aspirin method:
The ratio is 1: 10,000 (3 Aspirin to 4 Gallons of Water) Do not use larger quantities or it will become toxic to the plants.
