[ENG SUB]Time Travel Back to 16 Years Ago at Vivo City | Largest Shopping Mall of Singapore
We particularly love visiting VivoCity, not just because it’s spacious, bright, and filled with many shops and restaurants, making it a great place to explore, but also because it holds so many cherished memories of our lives. Every time we come here, we are filled with emotion.
I came to Singapore at the age of 28, and now I’m over 55, while my wife is 53. Half of our lives were spent in China, and the other half here in Singapore.
We are grateful to China for raising and educating us, and equally thankful to Singapore for giving us a career and a happy family. Our daughter, on the other hand, is completely Singaporean and has even represented Singapore in international competitions.
When our daughter was young, VivoCity was her favorite shopping mall. There was a time when we came here almost every week. Of course, it wasn’t for shopping — she came to play in the water or enjoy the sand at Sentosa. So how could we not feel nostalgic when we visit this place?
Our youth has passed, but our daughter’s youth is in full bloom.
