The transit area of T1, T2 and T3 are connected by skytrain. Visitors have to take free shuttle bus to travel between T4 and the other 3 terminals. (It takes longer time therefore we did not try it this time).
Travellers that transit at Singapore will not feel bored, they can travel between terminals without entering Singapore. There're tons of places and facilities to experience.
