Numeric Engine Updates | Mathcad Prime 10
PTC Mathcad Prime 10 has a number of enhancements to the numeric engine.
These include a complete refactoring of how multithreading works in Mathcad Prime to greatly improve its performance for computations of independent calculable regions; several improvements to pdesolve that include mixed (Dirichlet-Neumann) boundary conditions, improved explicit and implicit boundary conditions, and the use of units in a solve block; and general improvements include evaluating a matrix after assigning it and improved behavior of unitless zero in a matrix.
