Close Pass from Texting Driver & Object Thrown at Cyclist
A close pass at speed from a texting driver. Driver is angered that a mere cyclist pointed out his mistake, so the driver throws a drink at the cyclist. Turns out Alabama plate 3933AZ1 already has multiple warrants out for him. An RE warrant isn't worth the trouble.
