Delicious chocolate cupcakes with a hint of coconut are quick and easy to make, but eat them slowly, enjoying every bite. Ideal with morning coffee and aromatic tea. I doubled the proportion and got 21 cupcakes.
Ingredients:
200 ml water
150 g sugar
100 ml refined vegetable oil
300-350 g premium wheat flour
2-4 tbsp cocoa powder
2-4 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp 6% apple cider vinegar
1.5 tsp baking powder (or 0.5 tsp soda)
1 g vanillin (on the tip of a knife) or 1 tsp vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
