Why People Are Passionate about Employee Ownership
This video was recorded at the 2024 Employee Ownership Ideas Forum, hosted by the Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Program and the Rutgers Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing. The forum is an annual, two-day event in Washington DC that unites leaders from employee-owned companies with members of Congress, administration leaders, staff of federal agencies, researchers, technical assistance providers, philanthropists, advocates, investors, and more to explore the potential of this bipartisan strategy to expand economic opportunity.
