"In the Park" Ambient & Post-Rock Guitar / Stacking Pitch-Shifter Delay (Strymon, Meris)
At some extent this video is a continuation of a previous video I posted on my channel – “Summer Walk”. I used the same setup + Strymon Riverside and Iridium pedals. The idea was the same – Meris Hedra pitch-shifter delay pattern goes into other delays – this time to Strymon Volante and then to Meris Polymoon.
Each delay pedal was set to minimum of feedback – you need doing this to avoid inevitable mess with a lot of repetitions though long feedback might be a good decision for volume swells and soundscapes. This is what I do in the final part of the composition – I raise Polymoon’s feedback to maximum and add Volante’s Repeat to 75-85% and then play some notes that create a kind of a looping sample.
