If you're experiencing frequent trips to the toilet, urinating only small amounts, overactive bladder, or urine dribble afterwards, you need to do bladder exercises. Incomplete bladder emptying can happen to men of all ages and thankfully bladder exercises can help you fix this issue. In this video I go through the top 3 stretches to release the muscles that might be impeding your urine flow.
