A Last-Minute Solo Escape to the Yorkshire Dales 🚴🏼‍♀️🌿 | Waterfalls, Cabin Stays & Hidden Gems

Sometimes the best trips are the ones you don’t plan too much and this spontaneous break to the Yorkshire Dales was exactly that. I stayed at the beautiful Aysgarth Falls Leisure Park, just a mile from the iconic Aysgarth Falls, and had the most peaceful cabin all to myself, it sleeps six, came with its own private hot tub, and was the perfect base for solo adventuring (equally perfect for adventures with froends i guess too) 🛁🌲

Each day was packed with fresh air, waterfalls, and exploring straight from the doorstep. One of the highlights was finding a hidden gem of a waterfall 10 minutes down the road in West Burton, totally tucked away and absolutely magical. 💧✨

The only time I needed the car was to head out for a cycling adventure. I hired a bike in Reeth and rode the Swale Trail, a scenic and fun off-road route through stunning Dales landscapes. 🚴🏼‍♀️⛰️

This place made it so easy to unwind, disconnect a little, and reconnect with nature. I’ll definitely be back, there’s so much more of the Yorkshire Dales National Park to explore!
