This video shows how to resolve the issue that occurs after migrating a keyvault from one tenant to a new tenant.

Some of thep possible issues and warnings that may appear and apply are the following.

"Microsoft.KeyVault/vaults/write" permission is required to add or edite access policies.

The connection to data plane failed. Please refresh and try again. If Private Links are enabled on the vault and the issue persists please follow the steps in the following link https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?link...

The directory {{dir name}} currently selected differs from this key vault's directory. Some actions will be disabled
