life after antidepressants: chicago trip, healing alone | may reset vlog
this month was a huge turning point for me — it was my first full month off of antidepressants (lexapro), and it brought a lot of emotional ups and downs. i spent a lot of intentional alone time healing, reflecting, and trying to reconnect with myself.
i also took a trip to Chicago to visit friends, did some journaling, bought some clothes for summer, and let myself live without rushing myself to feel better. if you’re going through something similar, i hope this video helps you feel less alone.
